Newman Company Inc protects our customers, employees, and company though properly licensing and permitting. 

We carry wormer compensation on our employees that project our customers it and injury or accent may occur.  This prevents the employee from any recourse on the customer though a lawsuit for any benefits resulting from an injury.  It is very important for a home owner that all individuals working on their homes is properly insured. 

We keep a copy of all trade contractors worker compensation and liability insurance on file in our office to insure compliance.  All are updated yearly on the anniversary date of the polices.   

Liability insurance is carried on the materials used or delivered to the site.  This covers the materials in case of damage or theft prior to being attaché to the structure 

We have a city license which is required of all trades working within the city limits.  This is on file at the court house along with the required bond.  We carry a copy of all trade contractors license on file at our office.   

We purchase a permit on all of the required projects.  A permit is required on any project over $500.00 regardless of who is doing the work.  The permit can only be pulled in the city if you are licensed in the city.  The permit helps make sure the required inspections are performed.  This is for your protection, because and unlicensed contractor leaves you open to building violations as well as liability for injury on the project.
